Brett Palmer was born and raised in Silverdale, Washington. Brett opened Pacific Physical Therapy in September 2014. He is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association and participates in the Private Practice, Orthopedic and Sport Physical Therapy Sections. Brett is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is currently working toward a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Brett enjoys working with diverse patient populations treating a wide variety of conditions. He customizes each treatment plans to meet the unique needs of his patients. Brett ensures that through active treatments which involve manual therapy and therapeutic exercise each patient can return to their previous level of activity. Brett is a former Division I athlete and uses his knowledge and experience as an athlete to help athletes of all ages and skill levels achieve optimal performance. He is passionate about delivering high quality care to each of his patients to help return to pre-injury activities without limitations.Brett is fluent in Spanish and has utilized his language skills to communicate therapy procedures and techniques with his patients. He is an active member of the community working as the Chairman of the Olympic College PTA Advisory Committee. Brett also participates as a member of the South Kitsap School District Athletic Medicine Advisory Committee. He enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with his wife and three children.
